Johanna Carter emerges from the vampiric lands of Transylvania as an author, filmmaker, and YouTuber currently residing in Denmark with a BFA (summa cum laude) from South Gate Creative Writing School. Albeit windy and oppressively gray, the Nordic weather is a great companion for Johanna’s love of horror, which has enthralled her ever since she was a nice 6-year-old girl watching  Evil Dead  for the first time. One of her most recent developments is becoming a script reviewer at the prestigious Austin Film Festival. When she’s not writing, Johanna loves to analyze movies, play with her cats, interact with her audience, and go on weird Internet deep dives.
